Refund policy

Unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange due to all items are personalized.

We will only replace item(s) if they have a manufacturer defective or damaged in shipping. You must notify us within 15 days of receiving item(s).  If you need an replacement for that same item, send us an email at Christmas.andBeyond@yahoo.com.  Please include a photo of damaged item(s) along with contact information and shipping address.  Once replacement is approved, we will send your replacement item to the return address provided.
